Uses just 5 ingredients.
Including baked beans.
And cooked in a slow cooker.

Simple Corned Beef Hash UK Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 onion, finely chopped.
- 500 ml hot beef stock.
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and diced.
- 1 tin of baked beans.
- 1 tin of corned beef, cut into large pieces.*

Method (Total Cooking Time: High 3-4 hours. Low 7-8 hours)
- Put the onion, potatoes, baked beans and stock in the slow cooker. Stir. Add the corned beef.
- Cover with the lid and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours. Or low for 7 to 8 hours. Until the vegetables are cooked through.
