My Attempt
First this recipe makes 4 chocolate brownie puddings. Cooked in individual metal pudding moulds. i.e. dariole moulds. However my Morphy Richards 3.5L Slow Cooker only has enough space for 3 of these pots. And because the original recipe requires 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks. I decided to half the recipe to make just 2 of these pots. And then I can easily half the eggs required.
Also this is the shortest slow cooker recipe I’ve tried so far. With a timing of 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours required.
Slow Cooker Chocolate Brownie Puddings Recipe Review
I like this recipe, as with all the recipes I’ve tested from this slow cooker cookery book. It has a short list of basic everyday ingredients.
However, though I halved the recipe. I forgot to check the puds after half the time required! So the end result though very good in taste. Was slightly overcooked. So I’d recommend this recipe, just remember to check the puddings after say about 35 minutes. I will have to try out this slow cooker chocolate brownie puddings recipe again. And will update this post, with my ‘halved’ timings.
